I would like to include an endscreen where I can add my logo and CTA. The only way of doing this right now, is creating another video. But I need just some colored background plus my logo.

You can do this by adding a couple of seconds to the duration of the project in the Settings tab. This will create an empty part just after the end of your project. Once you do that, you can upload your images through the Upload tab or drag and drop them into the editor's browser tab. Then you can move those images to the empty part at the end of the project.
