Global project setting for duration and colour

I've created a template using multiple progress bars, sound reactive elements and a background image with a specific hex colour.
I change the background image and audio for each export, which each have a different colour and duration. I need to manually change the colour and duration for all of the elements individually, so that they're consistent.
It would be useful to have a global project setting so that all the elements could be synchronised in line with a chosen colour and the length of the audio track.
