Auto-cut for entire project

1. Add one or multiple vidoes
2. Select one or multiple videos
3. Right mouse click --> Auto-cut
4. Results in chopping video in random/AI generated parts based on video activity

Would be nice if you could add a maximum length.
For example you drop 10 videos, length is 90 sec. You want it to be 15 sec --> Auto-cut enables this.

I absolutely second the auto-cut idea for a project. Scene detection and snipping in a single click would be amazing.
