Export video into different quality

Right now a 6mins video is taking me a very long time to render and export
The file size of it has gone to 1GB which I didn't expect it
There's no other options to export the file except HD where I think sometimes I might prefer time over the quality since most people is consuming the video on phone

my gosh you're right! I was wondering why there's not the option! usually this option occur in the final step when I export video and it pops and ask - what quality you want.
So I was not aware of it.

Hi Bronze, in the editor click on the first tile "Project" At the bottom there are export settings. Click on that and you can change your export settings. Thanks Sabba
